ML Engineering Role
We are looking for Machine Learning Engineers with 6+ years of experience to help refine and enhance our virtual try-on models. You will work on cutting-edge computer vision and deep learning technologies.
Web Development Role
We are seeking experienced Web Developers with 6+ years of experience in React and React Native to build robust, scalable web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
AI Research Scientist
We are seeking an exceptional AI Research Scientist with 12+ years of experience to lead groundbreaking research in virtual try-on technology. As a key member of our research team, you will pioneer novel approaches to body shape modeling, fabric physics simulation, and photorealistic garment rendering. You'll work on developing next-generation algorithms that push the boundaries of accuracy in size prediction, fabric drape analysis, and multi-garment layering. Your research will directly impact our proprietary dataset of 100K+ data points and shape the future of fashion technology. Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in generative models, geometric deep learning, and computer vision, with a proven track record of translating cutting edge research into production ready systems that revolutionize user experiences in fashion retail.
Compensation: Base Salary ₹1.25 Cr - ₹1.65 Cr | Equity | ESOPs
Interns
We are looking to hire 4 highly motivated interns from leading engineering institutes such as IITs, BITS, and NITs. As an intern at Instafit.tech, you will work closely with our ML engineering and research teams on real-world problems in computer vision, generative AI, and large-scale model deployment.
Your work will include dataset curation and cleaning, fine tuning and training state of the art models, building evaluation pipelines, running experiments at scale, and helping integrate models into production systems. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the entire lifecycle of an AI product—from research and experimentation to deployment and user impact.
This role is ideal for students who are passionate about deep learning, virtual try-on, and applied research, and who want to learn directly from senior engineers and scientists with experience at companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Grab, and Microsoft.
Stipend: ₹1,00,000 per month with a strong possibility of a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance.
