High Fitment Accuracy
Approximately 86% of users found our fitment suggestions to be accurate and helpful. This high accuracy rate validates our machine learning approach and demonstrates the effectiveness of our size recommendation system.
Try On With Add On: A Standout Feature
The "Try On with Add On" feature emerged as the most popular option among participants. Users loved the ability to visualize themselves wearing garments from e-commerce sites enhanced with jewelry and other accessories. This feature was described as innovative and received exceptional praise.
Strong Try On Performance
The standard "Try On" feature was the second most utilized option, with users expressing satisfaction with the fitment results. Participants appreciated the convenience of pasting product links and receiving multiple size visualizations.
Improvement Feedback
We value constructive feedback as it guides our product development. The following areas were identified for enhancement:
- Non-Traditional Garments: For certain clothing items that deviate from traditional outfit designs, the fitment accuracy and generated images were not as precise as desired. We are actively working to improve our model's handling of unconventional garment styles.
- Brand Integration: Nearly all participants emphasized the importance of brand partnerships. Users expressed strong interest in a system where they can describe their preferences and receive product recommendations from partnered brands that match their requirements. This feature is now a top priority in our roadmap.
- Expanded Add-On Selection: While users loved the existing add-on options, there is clear demand for an expanded selection of jewelry and accessories. We are committed to significantly growing our add-on catalogue.
- In-House Catalogue: Our proprietary catalogue was utilized by only 9% of participants. Users prefer the freedom to select products from external sources rather than being limited to our training dataset. Based on this feedback, we will be discontinuing this feature to focus on more user-preferred options.
- End-to-End Purchase Journey: Users want a complete shopping experience where they can seamlessly transition from virtual try-on to purchase. We are developing integration capabilities to enable direct purchases once users decide on their preferred items.
